Applicants should send a statement via e-mail. Your message should briefly state what they expect to gain from attending, and clearly indicating any other sources of funding available to them (e.g., from their institution, funding body, etc.). A brief e-mail message from your supervisor, supporting the application, is also required. Applications and supporting statements must be received by 17th AUGUST 1998. All applications will be acknowledged. Decisions will be made and all applicants informed by the 21st August 1998. Please note that bursaries will not cover all the expenses of attending the conference, and applicants should secure some funding from their own institution. Recipients of bursaries may be asked to assist with minor administrative duties at the conference.
